Beginning January 1, 2027, membership renewals will no longer have a grace period. Member renewal dates and unit renewal dates are separate. Review members due to renew in Unit-Level Detail.
Missing Key 3
Review Key 3 coverage and SYTSource: Units → Missing Key3, matching the Training Dive workbook queue. This source flag is separate from the training-derived Unit Key 3 Coverage definition. A flag calls for review; it does not establish that a unit will fail to renew.
Zero Total Youth
Source: Units → Total Youth = 0. Zero is a recorded count, not missing data. A forming unit or source discrepancy may need a different response from an established unit with no youth.
Unit Renewal Readiness
Source: Renewal Prep → Fix before Renewal and R (registration), S (SYT), N (missing holder), and Youth issue flags. Role requirements vary by program; unflagged roles are not independently certified. No holder names or member IDs are included here.
Unit Renewal Calendar
Source: Units → Renewal. Every matching unit is counted once, including dates outside the largest renewal cohorts and dates not recorded. These are unit renewal dates, not member expiration or projected drop dates.
Source population
Tracked units follow the current Dashboard workbook. Council Membership Tools may report a different population; this page does not substitute an unverified total or remove unmatched units. Units absent from the separate Unit-Level source remain listed and are explicitly marked.
